About the photographer

Every since I was a little girl I never left home without a camera in my hand. I wanted to be able to capture any event or moment that was could possibly happen. Throughout the years my portfolio grew and so did my passion. My photography grew from simple snapshots to more in-depth and deliberately composed images. I looked at ordinary things in a new way. I would tend to see unique angles, colors, and details that most people would miss. This is when I knew I was going to be doing this the rest of my life. While looking through the lens I've captured everything from simple trees and landscapes to the mid-air catch of a bouqet at a wedding reception. No matter what I'm photographing there's always a story behind it, and I've found that if you take the time to look at things from a different perspective you might just find "extraordinary in the everyday ordinary." This motto has helped me to create some award winning photography and turn my passion into a career.
